Christmas Day Luncheon

Complimentary glass of champagne on arrival.

Entree
  Pumpkin and sweet potato soup with toasted sesame seeds.
  King prawns and asparagus with japanese mayonnaise, mint, bean shoots, coriander and baby herbs.
  Char grilled kangaroo loin served with rocket, pear, blue cheese, walnuts and agro dolce.
  Chicken and vegetable spring rolls served with sweet chilli sauce.
  Half dozen oysters natural, kilpatrick or mornay.
  Salt and pepper calamari with baby herbs, watercress salad and citrus dressing.
  Vegetarian pasta with mixed vegetables served in a pink sauce.

Main Course
  Braised turkey roll with chestnuts, sage and onion served with a spicy apricot chutney and baked vegetables.
  Grilled tasmanian salmon fillet either cooked plain or with chilli, garlic and parsley served on buttered asparagus, sautéed spinach and mash potato topped with baby herbs and drizzled with a butter, lemon and caper sauce and green olive tapenade.
  Char grilled eye fillet medium cooked served with prawns, seasonal vegetables and your choice of either pepper, mustard or home made mushroom sauce.
  Char grilled rosemary lamb cutlets with a home made jus served on a bed of creamy mash potato and sautéed spinach.
  Chicken breast filled with prosciutto, brie and herbs served with roasted potatoes and baby cos salad with caesar dressing.
  Rodica’s king prawns and calamari sauteed in olive oil, whole garlic, chilli and parsley with risotto and salad.
  Vegetarian platter –Tempura cauliflower and zucchini served with sautéed mushrooms, grilled eggplant, ,fetta cheese, sundried tomatoes, olives and asparagus drizzled with a mustard mayonnaise dressing.

Dessert
  Steamed plum pudding with brandy custard.
  Bacio Romantico – rich chocolate gelato.
  Pecan pie served with vanilla bean ice cream.
  Tasmanian Cheddar Cheese and fruit platter per table
