FIXED PRICE / LIMITED CHOICE CHRISTMAS PARTY MENU:

Entree:

Soup of the Day
King prawns and asparagus with japanese mayonnaise, mint, bean shoots, coriander and baby herbs
Grilled kangaroo loin with rocket, pear, blue cheese, walnuts and agro dolce
Spicy Calamari with baby herbs, watercress salad and citrus dressing
Chicken and vegetable spring rools with a thai chilli dipping sauce
tasmanian smoked salmon with mixed herbs and mesclun salad served with seeded mustard mayonnaise
vegetarian plate: ask wait staff for today's meal

Main Course:

Braised turkey roll with chestnuts, sage and onion served with a spicy apricot chutney and baked vegetables
Char Grilled Sirlion served with seasonal vegetables and pepper sauce or home made mushroom sauce. (cooked medium)
Fish of the day served with sautéed spinach, mash potato and topped with baby herbs and drizzled with a butter, lemon and caper sauce and green olive tapenade. Optional topped with chilli gralic and parsley
Chicken breast filled with prosciutto, brie and herbs served with roasted potatoes and baby cos salad with caeser dressing
Char grilled eye fillet served with prawns, seasonal vegetables, creamy dijon and seeded mustard sauce or home made mushroom sauce. (cooked medium)

Plum Pudding served with brandy custard
Pecan Pie served with panna cotta ice cream
Brandy Basket with vanilla bean and chocolate gelato
Cheese plate with king island double brie, tilba club vintage cheddar and water crackers

Organize your party between Sunday November 1st and Monday 30th November (inclusive). Gift vouchers are for confirmed bookings of 30 and over and are limited of $100 total value and will be issued to the organizer at the end of the function and can only be used between the 3rd January 2010 and 30th March 2010 for either lunch or dinner Sunday to Thursday.
